Instructions:
Place chicken thighs in the Instant Pot.
In a bowl, mix together chicken broth, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Pour over the chicken.
Add rice on top of the chicken.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
Shred the chicken and mix everything together.
Serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes:
For extra flavor, you can marinate the chicken in the sauce mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
