Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup rice flour
  • 0.25 cup shredded coconut
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Oil for frying

Instructions: 

  • Peel and slice the bananas into halves lengthwise.
