Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 English muffins split
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices Canadian bacon
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions: 

  • Spray the inside of 4 mason jars with cooking spray.
  • Place the bottom half of an English muffin in each jar.
  • Crack an egg into each jar on top of the English muffin.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add a slice of Canadian bacon on top of the egg.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the bacon.
  • Place the lids on the mason jars but do not tighten.
  • Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
  • Arrange the mason jars on the trivet.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure and carefully remove the mason jars from the Instant Pot.
  • Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to customize your Mason Jar McMuffins with different types of cheese or additional vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
