English muffins

Cooking spray
Instructions:
Spray the inside of 4 mason jars with cooking spray.
Place the bottom half of an English muffin in each jar.
Crack an egg into each jar on top of the English muffin.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add a slice of Canadian bacon on top of the egg.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the bacon.
Place the lids on the mason jars but do not tighten.
Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
Arrange the mason jars on the trivet.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Quick release the pressure and carefully remove the mason jars from the Instant Pot.
Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes:
