Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Add cubed bread and sliced bananas to the mixture, gently fold to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased pan that fits in the Instant Pot.
Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot, place the trivet inside, and put the pan on top.
Close the lid, set to high pressure for 25 minutes, then do a quick release.
Carefully remove the pan from the Instant Pot and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes:
For an extra touch, you can drizzle caramel sauce over the bread pudding before serving.
