Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions:
In a blender, combine oats, banana, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla extract, salt, milk, and honey. Blend until smooth.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add butter or oil.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
