Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions: 

  • In a blender, combine oats, banana, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla extract, salt, milk, and honey. Blend until smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add butter or oil.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite toppings such as fresh fruits, nuts, or a drizzle of maple syrup for extra flavor.
