Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the Ninja Foodi on the sauté setting.
  • Season the flank steak with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  • Add olive oil to the Ninja Foodi and sear the flank steak for 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Remove the steak and set it aside.
  • Add the asparagus and garlic to the Ninja Foodi and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  • Return the steak to the Ninja Foodi and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes before quick releasing.
  • Slice the steak against the grain and serve with the asparagus.
