Water
Instructions:
Pour the sweetened condensed milk into two 8 oz mason jars, leaving some space at the top.
Tightly cover the jars with lids.
Place a trivet in the Instant Pot and add water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the jars.
Close the Instant Pot lid, set to high pressure for 45 minutes, and allow for a natural pressure release.
Carefully remove the jars from the Instant Pot and let them cool before serving.
Notes:
Ensure the lids are tightly sealed to prevent water from entering the jars. You can store the Dulce de Leche in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
