Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 4 slices bacon chopped
  • 1 whole onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme and parsley for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  • Select the "Sear/Sauté" function on the Ninja Foodi and cook the bacon until crispy.
  • Add the chicken thighs and brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  • Stir in the tomato paste and flour until combined.
  • Pour in the red wine and chicken broth, stirring to deglaze the pot.
  • Return the chicken thighs to the pot.
  • Close the lid, select the "Pressure Cook" function, and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Once done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before quick releasing.
  • Garnish with fresh thyme and parsley before serving.
