  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and cook the sausage until browned.
  • Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure and season with salt and pepper.
