Instructions:
Set Instant Pot to sauté mode and cook chicken until browned.
Add sweet potatoes, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Pour in chicken broth and close the lid. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Quick release the pressure and stir in frozen peas.
Cut biscuit dough into small pieces and drop into the pot. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Quick release pressure again and serve hot.
Notes:
For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of cream or a dollop of sour cream before serving.
