Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast diced
  • 2 sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions: 

  • Set Instant Pot to sauté mode and cook chicken until browned.
  • Add sweet potatoes, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Pour in chicken broth and close the lid. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure and stir in frozen peas.
  • Cut biscuit dough into small pieces and drop into the pot. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Quick release pressure again and serve hot.

Notes:

For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of cream or a dollop of sour cream before serving.
