Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
  • Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
  • Return chicken breasts to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for about 10 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes:

Serve with pasta, rice, or a side of vegetables for a complete meal.
