garlic, minced

chicken broth

heavy cream

grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
Return chicken breasts to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for about 10 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes:
Serve with pasta, rice, or a side of vegetables for a complete meal.
