Instructions:
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
Add the rinsed rice, water, and salt to the Instant Pot.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
Notes:
For best results, use a 1:1.25 rice-to-water ratio. Adjust salt to your preference.
