Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 0.5 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup melted butter

Instructions: 

  • Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.
  • Mix the chopped nuts and brown sugar in a bowl.
  • Dip each cinnamon roll piece in melted butter, then roll in the nut mixture.
  • Place the coated cinnamon roll pieces in a greased bundt pan.
  • Cover the pan with foil and place it on a trivet in the Instant Pot with 1 cup of water.
  • Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes, then quick release the pressure.
  • Carefully remove the pan from the Instant Pot and let it cool for a few minutes before inverting it onto a plate.
  • Drizzle the icing from the cinnamon roll cans over the monkey bread.
  • Serve and enjoy!
