Ingredients:  

Brownie Mix

  • 1 box brownie mix as per box instructions

Chocolate Cake Mix

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix as per box instructions

Instructions: 

  • Prepare the brownie mix according to the instructions on the box.
  • Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the instructions on the box.
  • Grease the Instant Pot insert and pour the brownie mix into it.
  • Carefully pour the chocolate cake mix on top of the brownie mix.
  • Cover the Instant Pot with a lid and set it to pressure cook on high for 35 minutes.
  • Once done, allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
  • Carefully remove the Crownie from the Instant Pot and let it cool before slicing and serving.

Notes:

Ensure that the Instant Pot insert is well-greased to prevent sticking. You can also add a layer of parchment paper at the bottom for easier removal.
