Preheat the Ninja Foodi on the bake/roast function at 350°F (180°C).
Cut each biscuit into quarters.
In a bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Toss biscuit quarters in the mixture until coated.
In another bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar.
Layer coated biscuit quarters in the Ninja Foodi basket, sprinkling chocolate chips between layers and drizzling with the butter and brown sugar mixture.
Bake in the Ninja Foodi for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Notes:
For an extra touch, you can add some chopped nuts or caramel sauce on top before serving.
