Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground Italian sausage
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 24 oz jar marinara sauce
  • 16 oz package lasagna noodles, uncooked
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup sliced pepperoni
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Set the Ninja Foodi to sauté mode and brown the Italian sausage with onions, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  • Stir in the marinara sauce and break the lasagna noodles in half. Layer the noodles over the sauce.
  • Close the pressure cooker lid and set to high pressure for 5 minutes. Quick release the pressure.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the noodles. Air fry at 400°F for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Top with pepperoni slices and fresh basil leaves before serving.

Notes:

For a vegetarian version, you can substitute the Italian sausage with a plant-based alternative.
