Instructions:
Pour the milk into the crockpot and heat on low for 2.5 hours.
Turn off the crockpot and let it cool for 3 hours.
Mix the plain yogurt into the milk.
Wrap the crockpot in a thick towel and let it sit undisturbed for 4 hours.
Refrigerate the yogurt for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes:
For a thicker yogurt, you can strain it using a cheesecloth after refrigeration.
