Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut a slit in each pork chop to create a pocket.
  • Season the inside of each pocket with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Stuff each pork chop with a slice of pepper jack cheese.
  • In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs with a bit of salt and pepper.
  • Dip each stuffed pork chop in the breadcrumb mixture, coating evenly.
  • Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Lightly spray the pork chops with cooking spray.
  • Air fry for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the pork is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are crispy.

Notes:

Ensure the pork chops are cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for safe consumption.
