Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss the cauliflower florets in the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
  • Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  • Once the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown, remove from the air fryer.
  • Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Notes:

For an extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the buffalo sauce mixture.
