Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic, green onions, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the meatballs in the air fryer at 375°F for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • In a small saucepan, heat teriyaki sauce and honey until simmering.
  • Brush the cooked meatballs with the teriyaki glaze and return them to the air fryer for 2-3 minutes to caramelize.
  • Serve the meatballs garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
