cranberry lime seltzer water

vegetable oil

fresh cranberries

powdered sugar

tablespoon
lime juice
to taste
green food coloring
to taste
red decorating candies
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the cake mix, cranberry lime seltzer water, eggs, and vegetable oil until well combined.
Fold in the fresh cranberries.
Pour the batter into a greased cake pan that fits in the Instant Pot.
Cover the cake pan with foil.
Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot and place a trivet inside.
Carefully lower the cake pan onto the trivet.
Close the lid, set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 30 minutes.
Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
Carefully remove the cake from the Instant Pot and let it cool.
In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and lime juice to make a glaze.
Add green food coloring to the glaze.
Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
Decorate with red candies to resemble a Christmas wreath.
Notes:
This cake is perfect for holiday gatherings and can be made ahead of time. Store in an airtight container to keep it fresh.
