Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
  • Add the beef stew meat and brown on all sides.
  • Add the onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the carrots, celery, apples, beef broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
