Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna drained
  • 1/2 red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup black olives sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions: 

  • In a large bowl, combine the tuna, red onion, red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, black olives, parsley, and capers.
