Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the beef slices.
Add the onions, garlic, and mushrooms, and cook until softened.
Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir well.
Close the Instant Pot lid, set to high pressure for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the egg noodles separately according to package instructions.
Serve the beef stroganoff over the cooked noodles.
