Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 1.5 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 8 oz egg noodles

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the beef slices.
  • Add the onions, garlic, and mushrooms, and cook until softened.
  • Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir well.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid, set to high pressure for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
  • Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the egg noodles separately according to package instructions.
  • Serve the beef stroganoff over the cooked noodles.

Notes:

This recipe is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner and can be easily doubled to serve more people.
