Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef with the diced onion.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, black beans, and frozen corn.
  • Press cancel on the Instant Pot and top the mixture with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Roll out the crescent roll dough and place it on top of the beef mixture in the Instant Pot.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, do a quick pressure release and carefully remove the taco pie from the Instant Pot.
  • Serve hot with your favorite taco toppings.
