taco seasoning

diced tomatoes

black beans, drained and rinsed

frozen corn

shredded cheddar cheese

refrigerated crescent roll dough
Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef with the diced onion.
Stir in the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, black beans, and frozen corn.
Press cancel on the Instant Pot and top the mixture with shredded cheddar cheese.
Roll out the crescent roll dough and place it on top of the beef mixture in the Instant Pot.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once done, do a quick pressure release and carefully remove the taco pie from the Instant Pot.
Serve hot with your favorite taco toppings.
