Instructions:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in the black beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix well.
Serve the taco hash hot, topped with shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, and cilantro if desired.
