Salt and pepper to taste

all-purpose flour
Instructions:
Season the cube steaks with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Dredge the steaks in flour, shaking off any excess.
Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
Brown the cube steaks on both sides, then remove and set aside.
Add the sliced onions to the Instant Pot and cook until softened.
Pour in the beef broth and deglaze the pot, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
Return the cube steaks to the pot.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before manually releasing any remaining pressure.
Serve the cube steaks with the onion gravy from the pot.
