Instructions:
Season the London broil with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Select the "Saute" function on the Instant Pot and heat the olive oil.
Sear the London broil on both sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the Instant Pot.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 35 minutes.
Allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
Slice the London broil against the grain and serve with the cooking juices.
