- 1 Large onion chopped

- 1 Green bell pepper chopped

- 2 cups Tomato sauce
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 2 Large potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1 cup Frozen peas

Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add pork and brown on all sides.
