Pork shoulder

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add pork and brown on all sides.
Add chopped onion, garlic, green and red bell peppers. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in tomato sauce, chicken broth, bay leaves, oregano, and cumin. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
Add potatoes and cook until tender, about 20 minutes more.
Stir in frozen peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes:
Serve hot with white rice or crusty bread.
