Ingredients:

Instructions:
1. Grill the beef slices over high heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Set aside to rest.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
3. In a small bowl, mix fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili flakes to make the dressing.
4. Slice the grilled beef thinly and add to the salad bowl.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
6. Serve immediately.
Notes:
For a more authentic taste, use Thai bird's eye chili instead of regular chili flakes.
