Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro chopped

Dressing Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes

Instructions: 

  • 1. Grill the beef slices over high heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Set aside to rest.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
  • 3. In a small bowl, mix fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili flakes to make the dressing.
  • 4. Slice the grilled beef thinly and add to the salad bowl.
  • 5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
  • 6. Serve immediately.

Notes:

For a more authentic taste, use Thai bird's eye chili instead of regular chili flakes.
