Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Carrots, grated
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine grated carrots and raisins.
  • 2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth.
  • 3. Pour the dressing over the carrot and raisin mixture. Toss to coat.
  • 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled.

Notes:

For a healthier option, you can use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
