Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • 3. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  • 4. Pour the tomato sauce over the chicken breasts.
  • 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  • 6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add some fresh basil on top before serving for extra flavor.
