Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and melted butter to form the crust. Press into a pie dish.
In a saucepan, heat the milk until warm. Mix cornstarch, flour, and sugar in a bowl. Add to the milk and cook until thickened.
Beat egg yolks and add to the milk mixture. Cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into the milk mixture.
Pour the filling into the crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set. Let cool and dust with cinnamon.
Notes:
Best served chilled.
