Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Butter for cooking

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Add flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar to the bowl. Mix until combined.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
  • Pour batter onto the pan to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes:

For a twist, add some fresh berries or chocolate chips to the batter before cooking.
