Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and diced bell pepper, cook for another 3 minutes.
Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, chili powder, cumin, and paprika.
Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add more vegetables or spices to suit your taste.
