Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose Flour
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • 3. Stir in the flour and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • 4. Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  • 5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 6. Add the shredded chicken and heavy cream. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables or herbs to your liking.
