Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Carrots peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  • 2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • 3. Add the carrots to the saucepan and stir to coat with butter.
  • 4. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are tender.
  • 5. Add honey, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • 6. Serve warm.

Notes:

You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
