Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the carrots.
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the carrots to the saucepan and stir to coat with butter.
4. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are tender.
5. Add honey, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
6. Serve warm.
Notes:
You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
