Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 4 slices Bacon chopped
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • 2. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook until translucent.
  • 3. Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet. Cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  • 4. Stir in the cooked bacon, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and serve hot.

Notes:

For a vegetarian version, omit the bacon and use olive oil instead.
