Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook until translucent.
3. Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet. Cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
4. Stir in the cooked bacon, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and serve hot.
Notes:
For a vegetarian version, omit the bacon and use olive oil instead.
