Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mirin
  • 1/4 cup Sugar

Instructions: 

  • In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, mirin, and sugar.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce heat and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let cool before using.
