Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Pine Nuts
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Combine basil, garlic, and pine nuts in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
  • Add cheese and pulse until combined.
  • Slowly add olive oil while the processor is running until the mixture is smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes:

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
