Ingredients:

  • 4 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the corn kernels, heavy cream, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  • 3. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  • 4. Reduce heat to low and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

For a richer flavor, you can add a bit of grated Parmesan cheese.
