Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and thinly sliced apple.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add raisins or nuts for extra texture and flavor.
