Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, red onion, carrots, and cilantro.

Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes:
