Instructions:
1. Cook the orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.
4. Add the cooked orzo to the vegetable mixture. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later. Enjoy!
