Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup Onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes.
  • 2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  • 3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  • 4. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.

Notes:

Best served chilled. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
