Ingredients:

Softened
Instructions:
1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
3. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet. Add a generous amount of shredded cheese on top.
4. Place another slice of bread on top, buttered side up. Sprinkle some cheese on the top slice.
5. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip carefully. Cook until the other side is golden and the cheese is crispy.
6. Repeat with the remaining slices of bread and cheese.
Notes:
For extra flavor, try adding some garlic powder or herbs to the butter before spreading it on the bread.
