Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 can Tuna drained
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 stalk Green Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds optional

Instructions: 

  • 1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Mix well.
  • 3. Place the cooked rice in a bowl and top with the spicy tuna mixture.
  • 4. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

Notes:

You can adjust the amount of sriracha to your taste. Add more for extra spice!
