Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Mix well.
3. Place the cooked rice in a bowl and top with the spicy tuna mixture.
4. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
Notes:
You can adjust the amount of sriracha to your taste. Add more for extra spice!
