Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 cups apple cider
  • 1 piece orange sliced
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 6 pieces whole cloves
  • 1 piece star anise
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large saucepan, combine apple cider, orange slices, cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, and brown sugar.
  • 2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer.
  • 3. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 4. Strain the cider to remove spices and orange slices.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
