Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 4 Tomatoes diced
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup Fresh Basil chopped

Instructions: 

  • 1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
  • 2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • 3. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • 4. Add the diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes until the tomatoes are soft.
  • 5. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the pan with the tomato mixture. Toss to combine.
  • 6. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped basil. Serve immediately.

Notes:

Feel free to add some grated Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.
